Socks Printer CO80-1200pro
Colorido CO80-1200pro socks printer is equipped with two Epson I1600 print heads, which has high printing accuracy and fast speed. The sock printer replaces a roller with a diameter of 73~320mm. It can not only print socks but also print sleeves covers, yoga clothes, scarves, underwear, beanies and other seamless products. Able to meet more business needs of customers. Products printed with sock printers have bright colors. And there are no restrictions on the pattern design of the product. It can be designed according to personal preferences, making it fashionable and novel, and showing personality.
The CO80-1200pro sock printer has 3 rollers, which can be used repeatedly. While one of the rollers is working, the other roller that has completed printing can be removed, take off the printed socks and install a new pair of blank socks on both ends of the roller to prepare for printing. This model is suitable for making POD products, printing one pair at a time without confusing the patterns. It can produce about 45 pairs of socks in one hour. Depending on the ink, socks made of cotton, nylon, polyester, bamboo, wool and other materials can be printed.

Carriage
The carriage of the printer is the most important part of the machine. Inside the carriage are two Epson I1600 heads. Epson’s heads have high precision and fast printing speed. We have installed anti-collision strips on both sides of the carriage to better protect the print heads and extend the service life of the printer.

Adjustable Lifting Device
Colorido socks printer has a lifting function. Since the diameters of the rollers available for printing are different, the approximate distance between the print head and the socks surface is fixed. Therefore, the design of the lifting function cleverly adjusts the center point position of the roller.
