Socks Oven For Sublimation Socks
The socks oven is high efficiency equipment for polyester digitally printed socks. The sock heating oven is made of entirely 208 stainless steels. It adopts a transmission system and very easy to operate. With productional convenience design for the socks printer, once finished printing, socks could be hanged directly to the heating oven chain, and socks automatically being sent into the oven body for heating up to get vibrant color to complete the process of poly socks printing.
Colorido sock oven can accommodate 22.5pairs of socks once a time and with output 450 pairs per hour (calculated as 3 minutes per turn). While data might be up and down based on different thickness of socks. One oven can support around 8-9 units of socks printers. While for bigger volume of socks heating, we can do customized socks oven based on customer’s detailed requests.

Oven Baffle
The socks oven uses a baffle that can be adjusted freely for entrance/ exit height, to ensure less temperature loss during using. When the oven heats up, you can pull up the baffle to keep the oven with requested temperature.

Conveyer Chain
Colorido sock oven uses conveyer chain system to avoid any printed socks get ink stains at the drying socks process. In this way, there are 45 hooks in one circle. The installation method is also very convenient.
