DTF Printer CO8075-3pro
DTF printer, also known as Direct-To-Film Printer, works by printing the design on a specially treated DTF heat transfer film, evenly sprinkling hot melt powder on the printed pattern, and after heating, the ink and hot melt powder fuse to form a sticky pattern layer. Finally, this layer of pattern is transferred to various material surfaces such as textiles, leather, plastic, metal, etc. through thermal transfer.
DTF printers have high resolution, high color reproduction, and high efficiency. They can be transferred on a variety of materials. The operation process is simple, no plate making is required, and the product production period is greatly shortened.

Most high-quality DTF printers can achieve a printing accuracy of 1440dpi (dots per inch) or even higher. Common DTF printers have various sizes, such as 60cm, 80cm, and 100cm.
The life of the nozzle is affected by many factors, such as frequency of use, ink quality, maintenance, etc. Generally speaking, the nozzles of well-known brands such as Epson can work for about 1-2 years under normal use. However, if it is properly maintained to avoid problems such as nozzle blockage and drying, its life may be longer; on the contrary, if it is used improperly, the nozzle may be damaged prematurely.
