What is a sock printer?

The sock printer is a device specially used for printing sock patterns. The machine is controlled by a computer, the pattern is processed by the computer, and then the pattern is printed on the surface of the sock. Customization needs can be achieved through sock machines, and any patterns and designs can be printed on socks.

Advantages of digital printing

The sock printer uses digital direct injection technology to import the pattern into the computer. After processing with the drawing software, the pattern is printed on the socks through the nozzle. Compared with traditional printing, the advantages of digital printing are:

  1. The printing speed is fast, one device can print 50-80 pairs of socks in one hour.
  2. There is no need for plate making, digital printing can print the picture.
  3. Print on demand, no minimum order quantity, one pair can be printed
  4. High color fastness. Digitally printed socks have high color fastness and are not easy to fade.
  5. There are no restrictions on the pattern. Any pattern can be printed without any restrictions.

Use a sock printer to print socks.

  1. Prepare design artwork: Prepare the design artwork that needs to be printed according to the size of the socks.
  2. Color management: Import the produced patterns into NS rip software for color management.
  3. Print: Import the ripped pattern into the printing software for printing.
  4. Curing: Place the printed socks in an oven to dry and develop color.
  5. Completion: Pack and ship the colored socks according to customer needs.
