  • Pre-treatment​
    Before the formal printing operation, the target fabric or garment surface needs to be pre-treated. Use professional spraying equipment to evenly spray the appropriate treatment liquid on the fabric surface to ensure that the treatment liquid fully covers the area to be printed. After spraying, use professional drying equipment for preliminary drying. The core function of this pre-treatment step is to improve the surface performance of the fabric, form a special adsorption layer, lay the foundation for the firm adhesion of the subsequent ink, and significantly improve the clarity and durability of the printed pattern. ​
  • Printing​
    After completing the pre-treatment process, spread the fabric or garment flat on the printing platform of the DTG printer to ensure that there are no wrinkles on the surface. According to the design requirements, complete the parameter setting in the printer control system. After all parameters are confirmed to be correct, start the printing command, and the DTG printer will immediately enter the working state.
  • Post-processing​
    After printing, remove the finished product from the DTG printing platform in time and transfer it to a professional oven for curing. This link is a key step to ensure printing quality. High-temperature baking promotes the full fusion of ink and fabric fibers, further enhancing the adsorption fastness and color stability of the ink. It is generally recommended to set the temperature in the range of 165-170 degrees Celsius and continue baking for about 2 minutes. In actual operation, the process parameters can be flexibly adjusted according to the specific conditions such as fabric material and ink type to achieve the best processing effect.
